Katie graduated from Becker College with a degree in veterinary technology and later passed the Veterinary Technician National Exam and became a CVT. While attending college she was an active member of the equestrian team, tutored fellow students and also worked at the college hospital kennel as well.

Katie comes from an emergency medicine background and her passion lies with quality care and comfort during a patients hospital stay. When she’s not working, she enjoys hiking with her dogs, riding her four wheeler, trail riding her OTTB mare named Earl, and pretty much anything else outside! Katie loves sharing her passion of animals with friends and family on the farm from small to large (cats, dogs, horses, pigs cows).
