Financial Assistance Information

It’s not uncommon for pet owners to be faced with financial difficulty at times when their pet needs medical attention. While we do not provide billing services, we have compiled a list of resources that you may find helpful in planning for your pet’s treatment. Go to our Financial Assistance page.

CareCredit

We are pleased to provide our clients with options for affordable veterinary care. CareCredit is a medical expense credit card that allows you to give your pet the best in veterinary care when unexpected expenses occur. CareCredit lets you say yes to the best treatment for your pet immediately, and pay for it over time with low monthly payments that fit easily into your budget. CareCredit works just like a regular credit card, but without high interest rates, annual fees, or pre-payment penalties. You can use your CareCredit card for all your pet’s veterinary care, including wellness exams and emergency care, so you can spend more quality time with your companion. ScratchPay

ScratchPay is a new way to fund pet expenses. It’s a loan for families that have less than a 700 credit score. To apply, go to www.scratchpay.com

Small Animal Pet Insurance

We recommend small pet owners consider pet insurance. Pet insurance premiums are typically paid on a monthly basis and can be used to help offset some of your pet’s treatment costs. These are reimbursement plans, and they vary as to what they cover. We recommend you compare pet insurance companies before purchasing through various websites such as Pet Insurance U.
