Melanie joined our team in September 2020 with over 10 years of experience. Her passion for learning about animals started while attending an agricultural high school in eastern Massachusetts where she grew up. She then earned her Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine from Becker College in 2010, and became certified in 2015. She has worked in many facets of medicine including general practice, surgery, ICU, emergency and oncology. Outside of work, Melanie enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband Chris, son Evan, and their two rescued pups Cooper and Bruno.
