Kurt Oster joined Fenton River in November 2021 as our hospital administrator. Kurt has a bachelor’s in animal science from Cornell University and a master’s from the University of Connecticut.
Kurt has worked at a variety of veterinary practice types and sizes over the years and was drawn to Fenton’s commitment to customer service and patient care. Kurt is a frequent speaker at veterinary conferences nationwide and has published over 20 chapters in veterinary textbooks.
When not working at his day job, Kurt is the Assistant Chief at his local fire department. Kurt lives in Sterling, CT with his wife, 16 horses and 3 Great Danes.
