Crystal has always had a strong love for animals and an outgoing personality. After earning an Associate’s Degree in Animal Science from the University of Connecticut, she started her career in veterinary medicine. She has since worked in the field for over 15 years, including at the CT Humane Society and was a big part of assisting with and rescuing animals in Louisiana following Hurricane Katrina. We are so happy to have her as our always-smiling Customer Service Supervisor at the front of our office. Crystal enjoys assisting clients and their pets, and ensuring they are comfortable throughout their visit with us. Outside of work, Crystal and her Husband, Ed, own a farm where they raise broadleaf tobacco and a very wide variety of vegetables for their CSA. Crystal especially loves spending time farming and working in the fields with her husband, polled hereford cattle and her Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, Buddy and Dixie!
