Dr. Lauren DelTosta grew up in central Connecticut and always knew she wanted to work with animals. She begged her parents for a dog for as long as she can remember before they finally caved when she was six. She worked as a veterinary technician for six years before heading down to the Caribbean. There she completed three years of veterinary school at St George’s University before heading to the University of Minnesota, where she completed her clinical year. Her professional interests include preventative medicine and rehabilitation.
In her spare time, Dr. DelTosta enjoys swimming, hiking, traveling and spending time on the beach. She lives at home with her husband, daughter, and their two fur babies, Finn and Gibbs.
