Allie has been surrounded by animals her entire life—horses, bunnies, chickens, ducks, dogs, cats, and even ferrets filled her childhood home. She began horseback riding at age six and spent countless summers as a kid at 4-H horse camp.
In 2019, she earned her Bachelor’s in Animal Science from UConn. She is now in her eighth year in veterinary medicine, starting as a receptionist in 2017 before becoming a veterinary technician.
Since 2021, Allie has been a valued small- and large-animal technician at Fenton River Veterinary Hospital. You’ll see her in the clinic caring for dogs, cats, and even exotics, or out on the road helping on the farm.
At home, she and her husband share their days with El and Loki (the dogs), a tortoise, and an axolotl— they’ve recently added chickens to the family and hope to have goats someday!
In her free time, Allie loves hiking, camping, beach days, and any outdoor adventure she can bring her pups along on.
